| dc.description.abstract | 從購自日本之獼猴桃鮮果中取得之種子，在室溫中以光照和不同GA3 濃度處理，探討其發芽情形；所用光度為7000 lux , GA3 濃度為0 、250 、500 、750、1,000 和1250ppm 。所得結果為：在黑暗中GA3 有明顯之促進發芽效果，若再加以每天12 小時之光照，更可提高其發芽率；其中以250 ppm 之GA3 濃度加上光照之處理，發芽率可達94.45%。光照除了可以增加GA3 處理的效果，還可使發芽時間提早。
Gremination test was conducted on kiwi seeds secured from Japan exported fruits. At room temperature, germination was enhanced by GA3 treatment and further more promoted if provided with ligw. Germination percentage of as high as 94.45% was obtained under illumination from seeds pre-treated with 250ppm GA3 for 20hr. The light treatment also resulted in earlier germination. | en_US |
