洋麻、黃麻線蟲病防除試驗

Abstract

1. 施用D-D mixture防除洋麻、黃麻、蕃茄等線蟲病其效果極為顯著。 2. 藥劑用量為4501/ha，用土壤注射器(Injection gun)注藥劑於土中，注藥孔穴之距離為30公分，深入土中17公分。 3. D-D mixture處理之土壤雖經兩次連作感病之作物，仍能減輕線蟲為害。 4. Aldrex-2對於防除線蟲無明顯之效果。 In comparison with the effectiveness of soil fumigants for controlling root-knot nematode (Heterodera marioni (Cornu) Goodey), then D-D mixture and ethylene dibromide were applied respectively to kenaf and jute fields which were heavily infested with that pest. A prominent effect was obtained by the application of D-D mixture (1, 2-dichioropropane and 1, 3-dichioropropylene) at the rate of 450 litres per hectare 20 days before planting. A soil pesticide, Aldrex-2 has been used for the controlling purpose but it proved of no nematocidal value.
