鳳梨皮渣混合酵母粉製成飼料餅以飼養雞隻試驗

Abstract

(1) 六個月之飼養結果，試驗組雞隻之產卵數，比對照組多63個，其受精率與孵化率，兩組無顯著差異。 (2) 試驗組之雞隻，在飼養開始之第一個月，有惹起腹瀉之現象，想係飼料餅不易完全消化，但以後即無此情形，諒已漸漸慣食也。 Utilized the pineapple bran of Fengshan Factory of Taiwan Pineapple Corporation as one of the raw materials. After dried and grinded to the powder, mixed thoroughly with the fodder yeast and molded by the prssing machine to form a cake which is used as a protein supplement feed, the yeast has bought from Chiao Tou Sugar Manufacturing Factory of Taiwan Sugar Corporation. The both mixed ratio is 40%:60%. It is called Experimental lot and the other Basal lot is used Soyabean oil cake as a protein feed. A comparative study was carried out in determing the yields of eggs and its total weight, secretory power as well as the egg hatchability of hens and then ascertain the nutritional and economical value of mixed feed cake too.
