Abstract: 
1.本試驗係根據第一報(農業研究第16卷第1期)之試驗結果繼續檢討AM對中壢粘土,香山砂土,屏東壤土等不同性質土壤中,硝酸化作用抑制效果及對水稻產量之影響。
2.據土壤實驗結果得知AM對氮素之硝酸化作用抑制效果受土壤性質之影響並不大而對砂土的效果較優。
3.盆栽試驗結果AM對容易發生脫氮作用環境下對水稻直播栽培稻谷產量之增收均有效果。

1. Following the preliminary report, the effect of A.M. was further studied on certain soils of varied properties.
2. The effect of A.M. was larger in sandy soil than in loamy or clayey soil.
3. A.M. may be advantageous for the cultivation methods under which denitrification is inevitable. (e. g., direct, sowing of rice under upland condition.)
