Abstract: 
本研究之目的在瞭解台灣地區蔬菜鎘、鉛濃度。蔬菜樣本採自台灣地區主要蔬菜產區,共1900個樣本,取可食用部位以濃硝酸及過氯酸消化後,以感應耦合電漿原子放射光譜儀測定鎘、鉛濃度。
In order to understand contents of cadmium and lead in vegetable crops produced in Taiwan, a total of 1900 samples of vegetable crops were collected from major vegetable growing areas in Taiwan and used in this study.
