芥藍與油菜種間雜種的獲得與鑑定

Abstract

遠緣雜交可以擴大物種間基因的轉移，獲得種內雜交難以得到的基因型而進行作物的品種改良。芥藍（Brassica oleracea var. aboglabra）與油菜（Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis）經由蕾期人工授粉，同時進行正交與反交，摘取敗育前的未成熟胚，於經修正之MS培養基分別培育出種間雜交種。 In some crops, inter-specific hybridization is more useful than intra-specific hybridization for improvement of crop yield and quality. The objective of this study was to develop interspecific hybrids using different lines of Brassica oleracea var. aboglabra and B. campestris ssp. chinensis. After reciprocal bud pollination, imature hybid embryos were collected and cultured on the modified Murashige and Skoog's medium.
