| dc.description.abstract | 2012年4月自嘉義縣阿里山鄉採集山葵植株，以葉片汁液進行接種試驗，在奎藜(Chenopodiumquinoa)葉片形成局部病斑，經單斑分離得病毒純系。經酶聯抗體免疫分析(ELISA)及西方轉漬反應(Western blot)，這些分離株與番茄嵌紋病毒(Tomato mosaic virus; ToMV)抗體有交互反應 (cross reaction)。
Virus-liked wasabi plant samples were collected in Alishan Township, Chiayi in April 2012. By leaf sap inoculation, local lesions were developed on Chenopodium quinoa, from which pure virus isolates were obtained through single lesion isolation. | en_US |
