| dc.description.abstract | 自科學基本法頒布後，農業研發成果改以有償方式為之，農業試驗改良場 在技術移轉與推廣上，將面臨改變。 以往農業試驗改良場所之輔導對象為農民與產銷班，以進行技術指導、諮 詢診斷、經營管理等服務，以提昇其營農能力。惟目前農業產銷班已達 6,274 班，整合與分工仍有很大的發展空間，提昇其研發與營運績效。是故，輔導農 業產銷班轉型，使其由被動化為主動，將具有更深層的意義。 | en_US |
