Abstract: 
抗性澱粉屬於膳食纖維的指標成分之一,本研究以不同甘藷品種 (系)、植期與貯藏處理來探討生甘藷之抗性澱粉含量研究。試驗結果顯示,甘藷塊根抗性澱粉含量在品種 (系) 與期作間具有極顯著交感效應。Resistant starch is one of the index components for dietary fiber. Analysis of variance for the effects of crop seasons and varieties (lines) on the resistant starch content of fresh tuberous roots of sweet potato indicated that these two factors interacted significantly.
