| dc.description.abstract | 百香果素有果汁之王美譽，可與各種類果汁相互調和，可供作鮮食，其加工品亦廣受歡迎，在全球果汁工業上具有重要地位。百香果屬少數可於同一年種植及收穫之果樹，相對於其它果樹回收快，經濟價值高，農民投入栽培意願高，由於鮮食市場及國人養生需求增加，栽培面積自98年427公頃逐年增加至107年為750公頃，年產量自6,662公噸增加25,578公噸，產值由新臺幣1.87億元增加至12.13億元，10年間產值增加6倍，主產區為南投縣占總面積75%，並集中於該縣埔里鎮，占生產面積71%；主要栽培品種95%以上為｀台農1號´，具有產區或品種集中特性。 | en_US |
