| dc.description.abstract | 臺灣農業的發展歷程，一直非常重視生產技術，也確實樹立臺灣農業技術精良的國際形象。然而，生產供應端不斷的努力提升農產品的出貨品質，無法確保消費端的到貨品質，中間有許多節點，包括採收前管理、採收後處理、冷鏈、物流等，缺一不可，才能滿足消費者對於產品新鮮、安全的需求。因此，農委會自109年啟動「農產品冷鏈保鮮產銷價值鏈核心技術優化」計畫，在生產技術的基礎之上，再強化從農場到餐桌的階段作為，即採收後保鮮處理串聯冷鏈物流的相關環節，以提升到貨品質，協助拓展市場。
