氣候變遷情境下,極端天氣事件增加,本研究以育成早熟落花生品種以降低失收風險及增加栽培制度彈性。本年度引入早熟落花生種原並以早熟落花生種原雜交親本,建立早熟落花生為育種目標之分離族群;另一方面,為增加落花生產品櫥架壽命,進行高油酸落花生品系試驗,以選拔高油酸落花生品系。本年度共引進5 個早熟落花生種原,完成9個雜交組合,選留259 個單株,完成春作350 個品系及秋作232 個品系試驗。
Under the trend of climate change, the frequency and strength of extreme weather events increases, this research aims to breed early mature peanut variety to reduce the risk of peanut production and increase the flexibility of cropping system; On the other hand, in order to improve the shelf-life of peanut product, we conduct the high-oleic peanut line experiments to select higholeic peanut lines. This year, we have introduced five early mature peanut germplasm, completed nine cross-combinations for the early-maturing breeding goal, 259 individuals were selected and 350 and 232 lines were evaluated for the high-oleic acid breeding goal in the spring and fall cropping seasons respectively.
