以分子標幟輔助育種將o2 基因導入國內高產硬質玉米自交系,選育44 個高產優質蛋白玉米家系,並生產357 個單倍體誘導玉米果穗,作為選育優質蛋白玉米新品系之材料,期能保障我國糧食安全與提高農民收益。
It had applied the biological markers assisted to introgress o2 gene into the elite common corn inbreds for producing the quality protein maize, which had selected 44 elite quality protein maize lines this year, and also produced 357 ears by crossing with the haploid inducers for producing double haploids. It is expected to select the elite QPM hybrid adapted to mid-south Taiwan agricultural surrounding for enhancing Taiwanese food security and farmers income.
