Abstract: 
本試驗利用TCS103-C546、TCS103-B154、TCS103-C321、TCS103-B133、TCS103-B382、TCS103-AC、TCS103-SEL.1 等7 個品系,進行三個播種期試驗 (10 月18 日、11 月1 日及11月18 日)。結果顯示10 月18 日與11 月1 日種植之品系比較,在品系內之始花期有提前開花趨勢,另生育期除TCS103-C321 外,剩餘品系之生育期為134 天且有提早採收之現象。11 月15 日與11 月1 日種植比較,顯示晚植 (11 月15 日) 亦呈現早花及早採收現象。在播種期與單位面積產量上,部分品系未達顯著性差異,如TCS103-B154、TCS103-B133、TCS103-AC,其餘品系內有呈現交感現象。油質分析方面,品系間粗脂肪含量分布40.18–44.66%,以TCS103-AC 44.66%最高;碘值分布190.40–205.4,亞麻油酸(linoleic acid)分布11.55–16.29%,以TCS103-B133 最低;次亞麻油酸 (α-linolenic acid) 分布52.99–61.11%,以TCS103-B133 為61.11%最高。整體上,TCS103-B133、TCS103-B154 及 TCS103-AC 為較具潛力之品系。
The purpose of this experiment is to planted the different sowing date on Oct. 18, Nov.1 and Nov.18 and evaluate agronornic characters of oilseed flax lines, introduced from the National Plant Genetic Resource, R.O.C. Seven oilseed flax lines included TCS103-C546, TCS103-B154, TCS103-C321, TCS103-B133, TCS103-B382, TCS103-AC, TCS103-SEL. 1. Compared with the strains planted on Oct.18 and Nov. 1, the results showed that there was an early flowering trend on early planting. Except for TCS103-C321, the rest lines were early harvesting and their harvest period was 134 days. Compared with the planting on Nov. 15 and Nov. 1,the late planting (November 15) showed early flowering and harvesting. But some strains did not be significant differences in the yield, such as TCS103-B154, TCS103-B133, TCS103-AC, and other strains were interaction. After analysis oil quality, the crude fat content distribution between the lines was 40.18–44.66%, TCS103-AC was the highest, to 44.66%. the iodine value distribution was 190.40~205.4, the linoleic acid distribution was 11.55–16.29%, and the lowest was TCS103-B133. The distribution of α-linolenic acid was 52.99–61.11%, and TCS103-B133 was the best to 61.11%. Overall, TCS103-B133, TCS103-B154 and TCS103-AC are more potential within these seven lines.
