本年度依據高油酸、早熟及抗黃麴毒素等育種目標完成10 個雜交組合,並完成F1–F5 世代培育共36 個族群之世代推進與F5 及F6 世代495 個優良單株之選拔。株行(389 品系)、中級(18 品系) 與高級 (18 品系) 產量試驗根據產量、大莢及抗病性 (銹病、葉斑病及莢果黑斑病)等性狀進行選拔,株行試驗選留75 個品系;中級品系比較試驗發現1 個優良品系品系2009F-PC-5 具有良好產量表現,2006F-FE-27 則表現良好莢果黑斑病抗性;高級品系比較試驗發現品系2009S-PA-2 春作表現良好,2004S-BC-6 於春秋作表現良好且具有市面少見的紅色種皮性狀。
This year we completed ten intercross (backcross) set for aflatoxin resistance, high oleate and early maturity. We fisnished the cultivation of F1 - F5 generation and progeny selection for 495 elite individuals from F5 and F6 populations. Line selection based on high yielding, large pod, desease resisitance (rust, leaf spot and rod rot). Complete progeny test (389 lines), intermediate (18 lines) and advanced (18 lines) yield trials. Select 75 lines from progeny test based on pod yield. We found 2009F-PC-5 of intermediate trial with good yield performance and 2006F-FE-27 wtih good pod rot resistance: one elite line 2009S-PA-2 of advanced trial with superior pod yield in spring trial, and 2004-BC-6 with good pod yield and rare red seed coat trait.
