Abstract: 
本研究目的在瞭解高屏地區愛文芒果,利用叢枝菌根菌接種進行草生栽培,其土壤肥力及植體營養變化情形。並藉由土壤採樣,瞭解叢枝菌根菌之族群密度與種類,及對芒果生育之影響。由試驗結果指出,愛文芒果在不同敷蓋情況下,在土壤肥力方面,草生栽培比起非草生栽培可有利於土壤有機質之提升。在植體營養方面, 6 種草種接種 3 種叢枝菌根菌,均可形成菌根結合,且有助於提高芒果葉片P之養分濃度。而在芒果果園土壤菌根菌相調查方面,
草生栽培之菌根菌相,其種類與數量均較多於非草生栽培之田區。而具有叢枝菌根菌之草生栽培情況下,能促進芒果果長及果重生長。
This study aimed at understanding the Kao-Ping area Irwin mango field , the use of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi after inoculat ion grass cultivation on soil fertility and plant nutritional changes situation. Furthermore, the use of soil sampling , understand arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi species, population density and impact on growth and development of the mango. Indicated by the experimental results, the Irwin mango in different mulching treatment, it arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi than non-grass planting grass cultivation in soil fertility, soil organic matter may have to enhance the beneficial. In addition, plant nutrition, the six grass inoculated three kinds of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi , they can form mycorrhizal structures, and to increase the nutrient concentration leaf phosphorus. In the mango orchard soil arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi phase investigation, in grass cultivation of mycorrhizal fungi compared with the types and quantity than non-grass cultivation. The grass cultivation of having arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi , which can enhance the mango fruit length and fruit weight growth.
