Keywords: | 生物性肥料;文旦柚;內生菌根菌;浸水逆境;biofertilizer;wentan pomelo;endomycorrhiza;Waterloging stress | Issue Date: | 30-Oct-2015 | Publisher: | 農業試驗所 | Start page/Pages: | 75-86 | Source: | 生物性肥料開發應用及土壤微生物生態研究之回顧與展望研討會 | Conference: | 生物性肥料開發應用及土壤微生物生態研究之回顧與展望研討會 | Abstract: | 本試驗瞭解接種菌根菌對文旦柚感染及苗期生育健化情形,同時評估其耐浸水逆境能力,以穩定文旦產業之永續發展。進行菌根文旦柚育苗,包括Glmous mossae等 4 菌種,未接菌(NM)為對照,共 5 處理。進行菌根文旦柚育苗,文旦苗接種菌根菌有較佳生長勢,定植後每月量測株高,以接種 Glomus etunicatum 表現最佳。文旦柚苗進行浸水逆境試驗,結果顯示無論浸水與否,接種Glmous mosseae 處理有較佳生長勢,且營養含量較未接菌者高。另於3個不同地區文旦果園採取土壤樣品,進行菌根菌孢子分離,調查結果顯示每公克土孢子量介於0.3~2.1 spores ,表土菌根孢子數高於底土,且以有草生栽培最高,菌種經鑑定為Glomus intraradices;Glomus etunicatum;Acaulospora morrowiae等3種。在叢枝菌根菌接種源繁殖技術之研究,利用不同介質與宿主繁殖叢枝菌根菌,進行產孢量調查,資料顯示以玉米與百喜草產孢量較高,達165 spores/g。 The experiment was conducted to explore the susceptibility of wentan pomelo colonized by endomycorrhiza (Glomus etunicatum) and the growth of seedlings, to evaluate the tolerance of wentan pomelo under waterloging stress conditions. Pomelo seedlings inoculated with mycorrhiza have better growth trend than those without inoculation, waterloging stress results showed that when plants ware inoculated with Glomus mosseae, they were all grew better than those without inoculation under waterloging stress or not. The inoculated plants were also had higher nutrient content of the soil samples, another pomelo orchards in three different areas were taken, and the mycorrhizal fungi were isolated, the data showed were that the spore amount in the topsoil is more than that in the subsoil. The spore number were between 0.3 and 2.1 spores/g soil, and the orchard with grass cultivation is the highest. In the mycorrhiza vaccination source reproduction technology, the test of different media and hosts to reproduce mycorrhiza showed that bahia grass and corn were better, because 165 spores were observed in one gram of soil sample. |
