Keywords: | 鳳梨皮;生物肥料;固氮活性;小白菜;Azotobacter beijerinckii;Pineapple peel;bio-fertilizer;Nitrogen-fixing activity;Brassica chinensis Linn | Issue Date: | 30-Oct-2015 | Publisher: | 農業試驗所 | Start page/Pages: | 87-99 | Source: | 生物性肥料開發應用及土壤微生物生態研究之回顧與展望研討會 | Conference: | 生物性肥料開發應用及土壤微生物生態研究之回顧與展望研討會 | Abstract: | 鳳梨皮泥汁接種Azotobacter beijerinckii A13 於 20 醱酵者有較高的族群數,於 35醱酵者之族群數低於 10 5 cfu/ml 於 25 進行醱酵時有較高的 IAA 產出濃度(1.90μg/ml) 。鳳梨皮泥汁接種 1:100 菌液處理者比接種 1:500 、 1:1000 及 1:5000 者有較高的的固氮活性與產出較高濃度的 IAA 。鳳梨皮泥汁接種 A. beijerinckii A13 菌液 1:100v:w 進行醱酵 21 天,固氮活性有隨醱酵時間的增加而減少,但產出的 IAA 濃度則隨時間而增高。鳳梨皮泥汁以 100 加熱 30 分鐘,接種 A. beijerinckii A13 菌液進行醱酵,醱酵物的固氮菌族 群數、水溶性氮與全氮濃度及 IAA 濃度皆顯著的比鳳梨皮泥汁經高溫高壓滅菌與不滅菌接種菌液者高。鳳梨皮泥汁經 100 加熱 30 分鐘, 接種 A. beijerinckii A13 菌液,進行醱酵 21 天,醱酵物以 1:20 、 1:10 及 1:5 (w:w) 施用於 0.75 kg 盆栽土壤,種植小白菜,經 30 天後小白菜每棵的鮮重與乾重雖然和對照處理者 鳳梨皮泥添汁加土壤溶液進行醱酵者) 的鮮重與乾重相較有增加的趨勢,但差異不顯著。 Boiled pound pulpy of pineapple peel inoculated with Azotobacter beijerinckii A13 incubated under 25 attained higher population and IAA concentration. Boiled pound pulpy of pineapple peel inoculated with the bacterial suspension at a ratio (v:w) of 1:100 and incubated unde r 25 got higher nitrogen fixing activity and IAA concentration than those of inoculated with the bacterial suspension at ratios of 1:500, 1:1000 and 1:5000. Pound pulpy of pineapple peel boiled and inoculated with Azotobacter beijerinckii A13 fermented with 21 days, the nitrogen fixing activity was deceased and IAA concentration was increased with time. The population of Azotobacter beijerinckii A13, available and total nitrogen concentrations and IAA concentration of pound pulpy of pineapple peel boiled 3 0 minutes and inoculated with the bacterium were higher than those of pound pulpy of pineapple peel sterilized with 121 and 1.1 atm condition and non sterilized. The fresh and dry weights of Brassica chinensis Linn planted in pot soil applied with pound p ulpy of pineapple peel boiled and fermented by the bacterium 21 days at ratios of 1:20, 1:10 and 1:5 were higher than those of Brassica chinensis Linn planted in pot soil applied with pound pulpy of pineapple peel boiled and added with soil suspension. |
