北部地區甘藷基腐病罹病情形調查

Abstract

甘藷受甘藷基腐病感染造成莖基部乾枯影響藷塊生長，更甚者造成藷塊褐化腐敗，為瞭解甘藷種苗帶菌與田區甘藷基腐病發生之相對關係，取樣新北市金山區與萬里區甘藷種苗於本場試驗田種植，並追蹤各批種苗於金山區及萬里區栽培田區病害發生情形。經調查，本場試驗田區各批甘藷種苗基腐病罹病率皆小於2%，與金山區及萬里區之4–46%相差甚遠，初步研究顯示，種苗帶菌可能非甘藷基腐病發生之唯一原因，於調查過程中可發現於7 月中上旬田區發病比率急劇上升，應於該時期前妥善防治。 Foot rot of sweet potato (Phomopsis destruens) it cause the vine necrosis, leaves yellowing and sweet potato yield reduce. Jinshan and Wanli are the major sweet potato production areas of northern Taiwan. This disease was found in northern Taiwan these years. According to the review, this disease mainly spread by wind, rain and seedling of sweet potato. The serious severity is up to 80 %. This research was sampling sweet potato seedlings from Wanli and Jinshan District. Sweet potato seedlings was planted virgin land which never cultivated sweet potato in Taoyuan District Agricultural Research and Extension Station (TYDARES). We also track each batch of seedlings planted in Jinshan District or Wanli District. The sweet potato planted in TYDARES severity is less than 2%, but severity is 4-46% in Jinshan and Wanli area. Seedling may not the only reason to spread the foot rot of sweet potato. In the investigation process can be found that the time incidence rate rise is beginning in mid-July.
