Keywords: | 紅豆;雜交育種;混合法;adzuki bean;cross breeding;bulk method | Issue Date: | Oct-2015 | Publisher: | 農業試驗所 | Journal Issue: | 102 | Start page/Pages: | 56-63 | Source: | 雜糧作物試驗研究年報 | Abstract: | 本紅豆雜交育種目的在選育豐產、質優、籽粒大、色澤佳、適合加工、結莢位高、適合機械收穫之優良新品種,以供農民秋裡作栽培。本年度 (1) 101 年秋作進行10 個組合雜交共獲得696 粒F1 種子,並於102 年春作培育其F1 世代。 (2) 101 年秋裡作計培育F2 10 個組合及F4 世代10 個組合,102 年春作計培育F3 世代10 個組合。 (3) 株行試驗,101 年秋裡作於F5世代1,838 個品系中選出100 個優良品系。 (4) 第一年品系試驗計有100 品系參試,101 年秋作在公頃籽粒產量方面,以D 組之KA97-09-127 品系之4,546 公斤表現最佳,較高雄10 號之3,120 公斤增產45.7%。在百粒重方面, 以C 組之KA97-06-134 品系之27.3 公克表現最佳,較高雄10 號23.2 公克增加4.1 公克。綜合評估選拔KA97-09-127 等32 個品系供102 年秋裡作進行第二年品系試驗之材料。第二年品系試驗,在公頃籽粒產量以A 組以KA96-04-202 品系之3,624 公斤表現最佳,較高雄10 號之2,925 公斤增產23.9%。B 組以KA96-07-207 品系之3,768 公斤表現最佳,較高雄10 號之2,970 公斤增產26.9%。(5) 新品系區域試驗,公頃籽粒產量有KA94-03-17、KA94-03-1 表現最佳,分別為3,556 公斤、3,263 公斤,較對照高雄10號之2,880 公斤增產23.5%、13.3%。 The purpose of adzuki bean cross breeding is to develop new cultivars with high yield, good quality, large seed, bright red seed for process and high pod site for mechanical harvest that were suitable for the cultivation in the south of Taiwan. The experimental result was summarized as follow: 1) A total of 696 F1 hybrid seeds were obtained from 10 cross combinations in the fall crop season of 2012, and were propagated F1 generation in the spring crop season of 2012. 2) In the propagation and selection trials, bulk method was applied to propagating F2-F4 segregative generations in the fall crop season of 2012 and the spring crop of 2013, respectively. A total of 2,397 superior single palnts in F4 generation were selected in the fall crop season of 2012. 3) In the plant-to-row trial, there were 100 fixed lines in F5 generation were selected depend on their performance in the fall crop season of 2012. 4) In the first-year lines trial, KA97-09-127 line of D group had the highest seed yield among 102 tested lines in the fall crop season of 2012, which was 45.7% higher than check variety, Kaohsiung10. KA97-06-134 line of C group had the higher 100-seed weight among 102 tested lines in the fall crop season of 2012, which was 4.1g higher than check variety, Kaohsiung 10. In the second-year lines trial, KA96-04-202 line of A group had the highest seed yield among 18 tested line in the fall crop season of 2012, which was 23.9% higher than check variety, Kaohsiung 10. KA96-07-207 line of B group had the highest seed yield among 18 tested lines in the fall crop season of 2012, which was 26.9% higher than check variety, Kaohsiung 10., 5) In the first-year lines regional trails, 10 were conducted at 2 locations during the fall crop season of 2012 At 3 locations of Kao-Ping, KA94-03-17, KA94-03-1 lines had the higher seed yield among 10 tested lines, which were 23.5%, 13.3% higher than check variety, Kaohsiung 10. |
