本計畫目標為選育耐病及高產黑豆品種,以提高單位面積產量及降低生產成本,穩定農民收益。本年度試驗結果摘要如下:(1)進行大豆人工雜交組合4 組,共獲得97 粒F1 種子。(2)進行雜交後代F2 至F6 世代分離與培育,並從F7 世代選拔67 個優良單株。(3)二行試驗有12個品系晉級。(4)品系試驗有17 個品系晉級。(5)區域試驗則以TS95-10B、TS98-17B、TN3-S、TS99-11B 及TS99-16B 表現較佳。
The purpose of this breeding program is to develop new black soybean varieties with high yield and resistance to diseases to reduce the cost of production and to stabilize farmer's income. The results in 2012 were summarized as follows : (1) For soybean breeding we made 4 hybrid combinations and obtained 97 F1 seeds. (2) F2 to F6 generations were propagated and screened, 67 impressive plants were selected in F7 generation. (3) In the preliminary yield trial, 12 promising strains with good performance were selected. (4)In the line comparison trial, 17 promising strains with good performance were selected. (5) The 5 lines, TS95-10B, TS98-17B, TN3-S, TS99-11B and TS99-16B were great in the regional yield trial.
