Abstract: 
薏苡自交系選拔,已成功分離並選育出S5 共10 個優良自交系,預計於102 年進行產量相關試驗。韃靼蕎麥的芸香苷含量分析中,在不同年度中各品系的芸香苷含量表現不一致,且100 年度芸香苷含量低於99 年度,在進行變方分析後發現年度與品系之間有交感作用,推論蕎麥芸香苷含量會受氣候等環境因素所影響。
The test of job's tears inbred lines selection have been successfully selected 10 inbred lines on S5. We will have yield test on those lines next year. Rutin content analysis of tatary buckwheat on different years and lines are inconsistent. There are interaction on years and lines. It refers rutin content will be affect by environment factors, like climate.
