Keywords: | 食用玉米;族群改良;結合力檢定;飼料玉米;糯玉米;組合力檢定;甜玉米;白玉米;Table use corn;population improvement;combining ability test;feed corn;Waxy corn;combining ability test;sweet corn;White corn | Issue Date: | Sep-2010 | Publisher: | 農業試驗所 | Journal Issue: | 97 | Start page/Pages: | 117-139 | Source: | 雜糧作物試驗研究年報 | Abstract: | (一)甜玉米:春作試驗結果;自交系共育成S1~S6等529品系。新品系組合力檢定結果,以PSC971028的含苞葉鮮穗產量20,400公斤/公頃,較華珍(CK1)的16,000公斤高25.6%,較金蜜(CK2)的12,000公斤高69.7%。新品系比較試驗結果,以PSC952052之含苞葉鮮穗產量25,000公斤/公頃,較華珍(CK1)的18,400公斤增加36%,亦較金蜜(CK2)的16,300公斤增加53.7%。 (二)白玉米:春作共育成S2~S6虎尾17-3114211等325品系。新品系組合力檢定以PWH97(S)-10之含苞鮮穗產量8,900公斤/公頃,較台南22號(CK1)的7,100公斤增加25%,較台南白(CK2)的6,400公斤增產39%。 (三)糯玉米:春作共育成S6~S8世代自交系100品系。新品系組合力檢定結果,以PWX97SB-7的含苞葉鮮穗產量13,900公斤/公頃,比美珍(CK1)增加11%。 (四)飼料玉米:97年育成S1~S9共456個自交系。 1. Sweet corn : Different sweet corn varieties were introduced form other countries, and these germplasms were used to isolate inbreds. A total of 1166 sweet corn inbreds were developed in 2008. 298 hybrids were test in yield trail, and 41 hybrids showed higher yield than the check. In the regional yield test, the hgbrid PSC 952052 had high ear production 19,800 kg/ha that better than the checks. 2. White corn : A total of 325 S1S6 inbreds were obtained in 2008. The regional yield test was held in 2008. The hybrid “PWH94-18 and PWH94-35 performed the better in ear production than the Tainan No. 22(CK1) by 5 to 32%. In sensory evaluation for eating quality, the hybrid PWH94-18 and PWH 94-35 got the higher scores than the Tainan white (CK2). 3. Waxy corn : A total of 100 S6S8 waxy corn inbreds were developed in 2008. 20 hybrids were test in yield trail, the hyrid PWX97SA-6 got the higher yield than the check. 4. Feed corn : There were 456 inbreds developed in 2008, In the Regional test held in Fall crop 2008. PGH 96-2 performed the best in grain production 7,874 kg/ha and out yielded than Tainan 24 (CK1) and Tainung 1 (CK2) by 10 to 20%, respectively. |
