Abstract: 
觀察試驗選出17 個優良品系進入品系試驗,第一年組品系試驗結果以TYSP06-026 品系塊根總產量最高,公頃產量為31,733 公斤,比對照種桃園1 號、桃園3 號及台農66 號增產56.1%、39.3%及94.9%,2 個品系產量高於對照品種桃園1 號及桃園3 號,8 個品系產量高於對照品種台農66 號,餘品系產量皆低於對照品種。第二年組品系試驗結果以TYSP05-068品系產量最高,公頃塊根總產量為28,200 公斤,比對照品種桃園1 號、桃園3 號及台農66號增產63.8%、4.6%及54.6%,2 個品系產量高於對照品種台農66 號,3 個品系產量高於對照品種桃園1 號,餘品系產量皆低於對照品種。不同基因型甘藷品系莖葉之抗氧化及保健成份分析試驗,公頃芽梢總產量最高為TYSP09HW01,比對照品種桃園2 號增產23.8%,總多酚含量、還原力、類黃酮含量及花青素含量最高皆為TYSP09HK01,DPPH 自由基清除能力最高為桃園2 號,螯合亞鐵離子能力最高為TYSP09HW01。
78 superior clones was selected for preliminary yield trial. 17 clones were selected for next yield trial. In the first-year trial, there were 2 clones gained better yield than “Taoyuan 3” and “Taoyuan 1”. In the second-year yield trial, there were one clone gained better yield than the check varieties “Taoyuan 3” and 2 clones gained better yield than the check varieties “Taoyuan 1” and “Tainung 66”in Taoyuan DAIS, respectively.
