Keywords: | 紅豆;雜交育種;混合法;adzuki bean;cross breeding;bulk method | Issue Date: | Sep-2012 | Publisher: | 農業試驗所 | Journal Issue: | 99 | Start page/Pages: | 89-101 | Source: | 雜糧作物試驗研究年報 | Abstract: | 本紅豆雜交育種目的在選育豐產、質優、籽粒大、色澤佳、適合加工、結莢位高、適合機械收穫之優良新品種,以供農民秋裡作栽培。本年度 (1) 98 年秋作進行10 個組合雜交共獲得1,434 粒F1 種子,並於99 年春作培育其F1 世代。(2) 98 年秋裡作計培育F2 世代10 個組合及F4 世代10 個組合,99 年春作計培育F3 世代10 個組合。(3) 株行試驗,98 年秋裡作於F5 世代2,156 個品系中選出100 個優良品系。(4) 第一年品系試驗計有100 品系參試,98 年秋作在公頃籽粒產量方面,以A 組之KA94-01-89 品系之3,813 公斤表現最佳,較高雄9 號之2,584 公斤增產47.6%。在百粒重方面, 以B 組之KA94-03-1 品系之21.9 公克表現最佳,較高雄9 號21.6 公克增加0.3 公克。綜合評估選拔94-01-89 等32 個品系供99 年秋裡作進行第二年品系試驗之材料。第二年品系試驗,在公頃籽粒產量以A 組KA93-01-57 品系之3,614 公斤表現最佳,較高雄9 號之2,558 公斤增產41.3%。B 組以KA91-05-39 品系之3,635 公斤表現最佳,較高雄9 號之2,800 公斤增產29.8%。(5)新品系區域試驗,公頃籽粒產量有KA92-01-01、KA92-07-02表現最佳,分別為3,023 公斤、2,981 公斤,較對照高雄9 號之2,460 公斤增產22.8、21.2%。 The purpose of adzuki bean cross breeding is to develop new cultivars with high yield, good quality, large seed, bright red seed for process and high pod site for mechanical harvest that were suitable for the cultivation in the south of Taiwan. The experimental result was summarized as follow:: 1) A total of 1,434 F1 hybrid seeds were obtained from 10 cross combinations in the fall crop season of 2009,and were propagated F1 generation in the spring crop season of 2009. 2) In the propagation and selection trials, bulk method was applied to propagating F2-F4 segregative generations in the fall crop season of 2009 and the spring crop of 2010, respectively. A total of 2,030 superior single palnts in F4 generation were selected in the fall crop season of 2008. 3) In the plant-to-row trial, there were 100 fixed lines in F5 generation were selected depend on their performance in the fall crop season of 2008. 4) In the first-year lines trial, KA94-01-89 line of A group had the highest seed yield among 102 tested lines in the fall crop season of 2009, which was 47.6% higher than check variety, Kaohsiung9. KA94-03-1 line of B group had the higher 100-seed weight among 102 tested lines in the fall crop season of 2009, which was 0.3g higher than check variety, Kaohsiung 9. In the second-year lines trial, KA93-01-57 line of A group had the highest seed yield among 18 tested line in the fall crop season of 2009, which was 41.3% higher than check variety, Kaohsiung 9. KA91-05-39 line of B group had the highest seed yield among 18 tested lines in the fall crop season of 2009, which was 29.8% higher than check, 5) In the first-year lines regional trails, 10 were conducted at 2 locations during the fall crop season of 2009 At 3 locations of Kao-Ping , KA92-01-01、KA92-07-02 lines had the higher seed yield among 10 tested lines, which were 22.8﹪、21.2% higher than check variety, Kaohsiung 9. |
