dc.description.abstract | 1. 超甜玉米自交系培育:99 年春作完成超甜玉米種源3 個新引入新品種S1 世代之自交。 2. 超甜玉米單交種種子生產:完成200 個雜交組合種子之生產及大量生產4 個單交種超甜玉米種子作為產量及品質評比用。 3. 超甜玉米D 組組合力產量比較試驗:100 個組合根據鮮果穗產量、外表性狀、種皮厚度及甜度等綜合考量後,選留21 個組合表現較佳者,其去苞葉鮮果穗產量介於1.79–3.17 kg/10 ear,果穗率介於59.0–76.8%,穗長介於16.4–23.2 cm,穗徑介於45–51.mm,採收當日甜度在10.0-13.9o 2Brix,種皮厚度介於43–97 μm2。 E 組組合力產量組合力試驗:104 個組合根據鮮果穗產量、外表性狀、種皮厚度及甜度等綜合考量後,選留20 個組合表現較佳者,其去苞葉鮮果穗產量介於1.83–2.90 kg/10 ear,採收當日甜度在11.8–15.3o 2Brix,種皮厚度介於51–99 μm2。 超甜玉米F 組三系種組合力比較試驗:40 個三系組合根據鮮果穗產量、外表性狀、穿刺力、及甜度等綜合考量後,選留12 個組合表現較佳者,含苞葉鮮果穗產量之變異介於5.11–8.60 kg/20 ear,去苞葉鮮果穗產量之變異介於3.60–6.60 kg/20 ear,採收當日甜度之變異在12.9-15.8°Brix。熱帶型新品系組合力試驗中,50 個參試新品系根據鮮果穗產量、外表性狀、穿刺力、及甜度等綜合考量後,選留12 個組合表現較佳者。 4. 熱帶型新品系比較試驗中,含苞葉果穗鮮重及去苞葉果穗鮮重之表現,以新品系SH98F-E、SH98F-G、SH98F-H 較對照種高產。 5. 完成二個地點超甜玉米產量試驗,崙背試區及霧峰試區,含苞葉果穗鮮重及去苞葉果穗鮮重之表現,新品系SH99-01、SH9-02、SH99-03、SH99-04 均較對照種夏蜜低產:但SH99-04則與對照種華珍相近。 6. 黑白雙色糯玉米新品系比較試驗:崙背試區經第二次產量試驗中,根據植株、果穗外觀、產量及初步品評後選留4 個新組合,含苞葉鮮穗重介於12,049–12,604 kg/ha,去苞葉鮮穗重介於8,438–9,772 kg/10 ears,鮮穗產量表現與對照種相近。台中試區含苞葉鮮穗重介於9,899– 10,320 kg /ha,去苞葉鮮穗重介於6,475–7,800 kg /ha,表現較對照種低產。 7. 完成二個地點糯玉米產量試驗,崙背及霧峰地區新品系均以WX99-W6 表現較對照種玉美珍高產。 Supersweet corn:Select for plant and ear type was conducted to evaluate lines from three varietys of supersweet corn, and the selected lines were 60(S1) family lines. And 200 F1 combinations were products. 244 testcrosses were conducted to evaluated the yield in the combining ability trial, and 53 F1 were selected for higher ear yield, uniform ear type, and better pericarp tenderness. The SH99-01, SH99-02 and SH97-04 new hybrids had higher ear yield than the chick variety (Bright–jean) in the regional trial. White waxy corn: 26 new F1 hybrids were evaluated in new varieties test for better quality, and 4 F1 hybrids were selected. The WX99-W6 new hybrids had higher ear yield than the chick variety (White- pearl) in the regional trial. | en_US |
