芋香毛豆品種改良

Abstract

本計畫目標是育成高產、高香氣的芋香毛豆品種，以配合消費市場走向，提升台灣毛豆產品在國際市場競爭力。本年度（一）新品系產量試驗：第一年品系試驗綜合評估選出20 個品系參加96 年度第二年新品系試驗。第二年品系試驗綜合評估選出20 個品系參加96 年度第三年品系試驗。第三年品系試驗綜合評估選出3~5 個品系參加新品系區域試驗。（二）新品系區域試驗：高屏兩個地區94 年秋裡作之公頃合格莢產量以KVA14 品系之13,642 公斤及KVA11 品系之13,401 公斤較高，較對照種台南選1 號分別增產56.0%及53.2%。百莢重以KVA14 品系之321 公克及KVA11 品系之319 公克表現較優，與對照種黑五葉相近。95 年春作之公頃合格莢產量以KVA11 品系之12,258 公斤及KVA14 品系之12,253 公斤較高，較對照種台南選1 號分別增產41.3%及41.2%。百莢重以KVA20 品系之335 公克及KVA14 品系之331 公克表現較優，與對照種黑五葉相近。 The purpose of aromatic vegetable soybean experiment is to develop new cultivars with large pod, high yield, high aroma, and good quality. The experimental results were summarized as follow during the fall crop of 2005 to the spring crop of 2006： 1) In the first year lines trial, 20 fixed lines were selected to depend on their performance among 76 tested lines. In the second year lines trial, 20 fixed lines were selected to depend on their performance among 40 tested lines. In the third year lines trial, 3-5 superior lines were selected for the next regional trails. 2) In the second year lines regional trails, 8 lines were conducted at Kao-Ping locations, KVA14 and KVA11 lines had the higher graded pod yields, which were 56.3% and 53.2% higher than check variety, Tainan Sel. No.1, but 100-pod weight were same as check variety, Kurogoyou in the fall crop of 2005. KVA11 and KVA14 lines had the higher graded pod yields, which were 41.3% and 41.2% higher than check variety, Tainan Sel. No.1, in the spring crop of 2006. 100-pod weights of KVA20 and KVA14 lines were same as check variety, Kurogoyou in the spring crop of 2006.
