dc.description.abstract | 以12 個新近育成落花生優良新品系(農育55~58 號、花育21~24 號、南改系175~178號),以及1 個對照品種(台南14 號),合計13 個品系(種)為參試材料。於96~97 年期春作分別在台灣5 個落花生主產區鄉鎮(雲林崙背、雲林北港、雲林土庫、雲林四湖、花蓮光復)設置試區進行試驗,測試新品系產量潛力及其穩定性,提供命名新品種用。96~97 年期春作落花生新品系區域試驗結果,顯示出3 個品系(農育56 號、南改系175 及178 號)較對照種台南14 號平均公頃莢果、籽粒產量分別增產13.0~13.8%及15.6~17.8%。莢果產量最高者為農育56 號之平均公頃莢果產量(4,291kg)、籽粒產量(2,935kg) 較台南14 號對照種增產13.8及13.4%,具大粒莢形特性,其其莢果產量(b =1.057)、千粒重(b = 1.052)、銹病等級(b=1.058)、葉斑病等級(b=0.880)、籽粒油份含量(b=0.988)及籽粒蛋白質含量(b=0.983)皆呈穩定性佳。莢果產量第二高者為南改系178 號之平均公頃莢果產量4,264kg)、籽粒產量(3,021kg),較台南14 號對照種之平均公頃莢果、籽粒產量增產13.0%與16.1%,並具中大粒莢形特性,其莢果產量(b = 1.040) 及百莢重(b =0.924)、籽粒產量(b = 0.922)呈穩定性佳。莢果產量第三高者為南改系175 號之平均公頃莢果產量(4,261kg)、籽粒產量(3,048kg),較台南14 號對照種平均公頃莢果、籽粒產量較對照種增產13.0%與16.5%,並具中大粒莢形特性,其莢果產量(b = 1.022)、籽粒產量(b = 0.961)呈穩定性佳。 The regional yield trial was conducted at five locations in Taiwan during the spring crops between 2007 to 2008. Thirteen lines that are Nung-yu 55 to 58, Hua-yu 21 to 24, Nan-kai-si 175 to 178 and the check cultivars (Tainan No. 14) were evaluated for yielding potential, better quality and adaptability. The results from stability analysis found that new three lines, namely, Nan-kai-si 175 to 178 and Nung-yu 56 out yielded the standard check - Tainan No. 14 with 3,770 kg/ha of mean pod yield and 2,778 kg/ha of mean seed yield. The best line, Nung-yu 56 was significantly comparable to Tainan No. 14 by 13.3 % in mean pod yield and 14.2 % in mean seed yield. It was a large seed and pod size. The stability analysis of pod yield (b = 1.057), 1,000-seed weight (b = 1.052) and rust scale(b = 1.058) are good. The second best line, Nan-kai-si 178 was 16.4 % marked higher in mean pod yield and 17.2 % higher in mean seed yield than Tainan No. 14. It was a large pod and seed size. The stability analysis of pod yield (b = 1.040)、100-pod weight (b = 0.924) and seed yield (b = 0.961) are good. The third best line, Nan-kai-si 175 significantly out yielded Tainan No. 14 by 16.7 % in mean pod yield and 14.6 % in mean seed yield. It was a large seed and pod size.
