Abstract: | 網絡分類學不是研究網絡的科學,是利用生物圈網絡分支領域研究生物分類學,生物學等基礎科學與生物多樣性議題利用網絡研究與應用科學及於社會、經濟與人文等研究領域之鏈結以及多面向成果展現的整合平台,在網絡發達的今天,可以是解決分類學日漸式微,人力短缺,資料整合與國際合作等多面向問題的解決之道,⼀旦開始建立網絡節點,更可以是連結各小網絡的鏈結,以其自動化與人工智能的知識、技術、產業鏈結人才訓練網絡,以新網絡思維來建構新的網絡分類學,達到永續目標。現今地理資訊系統,以地理位置系統(GPS) 為鏈結點,而其中的生物資訊則需要以物種學名為鏈結點。生物學名,由單名法、二名法到三名法都需要經過生物專家鑑定,提供正確有效名,才能與全球的資訊系統連結,才能達到快遠準的目標,因此網絡分類學-應該是今日解開多面向議題的通用鑰匙。曾經有實例BioNET 提供⼀個平台告訴大家分類學能力提升的重要性,尤其是2010 生物多樣性年(IYB),將原來的Taxonomy matter 強調分類學鑑定的個案對全球各領域的重要性,當然農業方面也是受影響的⼀大部分,這類網頁就是要協助開發中國家,利用網絡分類學提供生物鑑定的服務,這也是以分類學實力發展鑑定工具軟體的概念。確保網路數位資訊及人類知識的永續發展,請支持生物分類學。 Cybertaxonomy is not what you think the study of network science, it is an information integration plateform working as network for basic science like as taxonomy, and biology to link the applied science such as sociology, economy, humanity. To make the coworker environment and the performance stage in internet as a new synthesis after the new taxonomy,that we called Cybertaxonomy here by. This is the possible resolution for the problems happened while taxonomy faced degradation and obstacle in financial support , taxonomic man power shortage. Recently the digitalization of museum collection and display consumed large amount almost all of the resources of taxonomy including the taxonomic discipling. In fact, the requirement of insect pest identification of animal and plant quarantine and plant medical science. The centroid of the Cybertaxonomy is the scientific name of organism. It is the same as GPS served as the centroid of natural events. The two networks actually connected by the scientific name for the natural history. For the sake of the multifaceted issues increasing the requirement of taxonomic services depends on the taxonomy, nevertheless, to dissolved the problem in speedy, far-reach, and correctly is necessary in the Cybertaxonomy. There was a BioNET internet network provided a plate-form based on taxonomy to emphasize the taxonomy capability enhancement is very important to make the task of international year of biodiversity (IYB)possible. The help is to all fields that identification creatures is necessary, of course, the agriculture also inclusive. This kind of network was established to accelerate the developing countries in the way of cybertaxonomy. This is actually encourage the taxonomist to study and develop the identification tool as software for sustaining the sustainability in the near future. |
