dc.description.abstract微生物鑑定的技術日新月益,從表現型(phenotype)、化學型(chemical type)和基因型(genotype),統稱的多相分類學(polyphasic taxonomy),近年更加入培養體學(culturomics)、蛋白質體學(proteomics)及基因體學(genomics)三者必備的年代。分類學家不斷的精進鑑定技術,期望能解決微小生物世界複雜的分類問題。幾乎每個研究人員都希望能夠快速、高通量的得到分析結果,以便於處理邊境檢疫、國內防疫的迫切需求。 The technology of microbial identification is changing rapidly, from phenotype, chemical type and genotype, collectively known as polyphasic taxonomy, to culturomics, proteomics and genomics. Taxonomists are constantly refining identification techniques in the hope of solving the complicated taxonomic problems of the world of tiny organisms. Almost every researcher wants to be able to obtain the results of the analysis quickly and with high throughput, so as to handle the urgent needs of border quarantine and domestic epidemic prevention.en_US
