Abstract: | 隨商業貿易自由化與國際化,國外重要的檢疫有害生物隨農產品入侵的風險而升高,如果實蠅、薊馬、介殼蟲、蚜蟲、粉蝨及蟎類等,常隨苗木、接穗、種子、果實、塊根、鱗莖等傳入。農業試驗所收集國際重要檢疫有害生物標本,利用顯微影像設備,將存證標本數位化,再配合其形態等資料,逐年建置具有查詢、維護等功能的植物防檢疫有害生物鑑定查詢平台。該平台實現了對常見檢疫生物資訊的綜合管理,並可依進口農產品類群、學名、中名、分布、形態特徵、生物學、寄主、輸入國家和地理分佈等條件進行快捷的查詢及進行彙整統計分析。此資料平台除提供檢疫鑑定,亦提供學術研究及農政單位施政參考。 As trade liberalization and internationalization progress, the risk of Taiwan being invaded by major foreign quarantine pests hiding in imported agricultural products has increased. The pests, such as fruit fly pests, thrips, scale insects, aphids, whiteflies, and mites often immigrate through the media of seedlings, scions, seeds, fruits, tubers and bulbs. Based on the pests detected in the plants or plant products imported in recent years, Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute (TARI) built a platform that uses microscopic imaging devices to digitize voucher specimens. By further incorporating the classification, collection and host data, we successfully established the Epidemic and quarantine pest query platform with query and maintenance functions. Such a platform realized the integrated management of common quarantine pest information, and it can provide fast query and consolidated statistical analysis services with regard to agricultural product groups, scientific names, middle names, distribution, morphology, biology, hosts, and importing countries, and geographical distribution. In addition to the quarantine identification, the information system is available for inquiries about the academic research and administration of agricultural authorities. |
