Abstract: 
炭疽病是草莓(Fragaria × ananassa Duchesne)的主要病害之一,在育苗場或是採果園都造成嚴重危害。本研究以隔離生產苗(無帶炭疽病種苗)與一般慣行苗進行田間定植試驗結果發現,隔離生產苗的發病病徵與缺株率顯著較低,尤其缺株率一直維持在1%以下,而對照苗數值則近30%,顯示使用無帶炭疽病種苗,可以有效控制定植期時種苗在採果田間的發病狀況。
The anthracnose rot is one of the most important diseases of the strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa Duchesne), which causes serious damage either in the nurseries or in the production fields. In this study the isolate-propagated (Anthracnose-free) strawberry runner plants and ordinary ones were transplanted in the field and evaluated. The results showed that the isolate-propagated plants had significantly lower disease severity and mortality rate. Especially, the mortality rate of the isolate-propagation plants remained lower than 1%, while the ordinary ones around 30%. The adoption of the anthracnose-free runner plants could lower down the disease severity in the production field.
