芋香毛豆品種改良

Abstract

本計畫目標是育成芋香毛豆品種，建立高品質芋香毛豆之栽培技術體系及開發新風味、高價值的機能性芋香毛豆產品，以提升台灣毛豆產品在國際市場競爭力。本年度（一）新品系產量試驗：第一年品系試驗綜合評估選出40 個品系參加95 年度第二年新品系試驗。第二年品系試驗綜合評估選出15 個品系參加95 年度第三年品系試驗。（二）新品系區域試驗：高屏兩個地區93 年秋裡作之公頃合格莢產量以KVA11 品系之12,591 公斤及KVA14 品系之10,625 公斤最高，較對照種台南選1 號分別增產62.3%及36.9%。五百公克合格莢數以KVA11品系之154 莢（百莢重325 公克）及KVA22 品系之156 莢（百莢重321 公克）表現較優，與對照種黑五葉相近。94 年春作之公頃合格莢產量以KVA11 品系之13,549 公斤最高，較對照種台南選1 號增產75.4%，其次為KVA14 品系之12,160 公斤及KVA17 品系之10,736 公斤，較對照種台南選1 號分別增產57.5%及39.0%。五百公克合格莢數以KVA11 品系之153 莢（百莢重327 公克）及KVA14 品系之154 莢（百莢重325 公克）表現較優，與對照種黑五葉相近。 The purpose of aromatic vegetable soybean breeding is to develop new cultivars with large pod, high yield, good quality and develop functional food. The results were summarized as follow during the fall crop of 2004 to the spring crop of 2005：1) In the first- and second- year lines trial, there were 40 and 15 fixed lines were selected depend on their performance in the spring crop of 2005. 2) In the first-year lines regional trail, 8 lines were conducted at Kao-Ping locations. The line, KVA11 was 62.3% and 75.4% higher graded pod yield than check variety, Tainan Sel. No. 1 in the fall crop of 2004 and the spring crop of 2005, respectively.
