Keywords: | 結合力檢定;單交品系;雙交品系;combining ability test;single corss hybrid;Double cross hybrid | Issue Date: | Oct-2007 | Publisher: | 農業試驗所 | Journal Issue: | 94 | Start page/Pages: | 167-195 | Source: | 雜糧作物試驗研究年報 | Abstract: | 甜玉米:甜玉米自交系春、秋作共分離育成S1-S6 等811 品系供作雜交及自交系分離之材料,以選育豐產、品質佳、抗葉斑病、銹病及病毒病、性狀整齊、適應力強耐熱之品系供雜交育種之用。新品系組合力檢定,春作以PSC941053 的含苞葉鮮穗產量19,511 公斤/公頃最高,較華珍16,944 公斤增加15.1%;秋作以PSC942073 鮮穗產量21,531 公斤/公頃,較華珍之16,115 公斤增加33.6%。新品系比較試驗,春、秋作平均產量以PSC932065 含苞葉鮮穗產量19,598 公斤/公頃,較對照種華珍17,724 公斤增加10.6%。新品系區域試驗,春作以PSC922085 之含苞葉鮮穗產量13,041 公斤/公頃,較對照種華珍增加6.6%,秋作以PSC932108之17,770 公斤/公頃最高,較對照種華珍高9.2 %,較另一對照種金蜜14,960 公斤高18.8%。 白玉米:收集之種原,繼續篩選分離自交系。抗病優良自交系選育已選獲S1-S6大溪421121等799 品系。單雜交品系組合力檢定以PWH94(S)-35 之公頃鮮穗產量12,131 公斤,較台南22 號(CK1)8,543 公斤增產41%,較台南白(CK2)9,262 公斤增產30%。官能品評結果以PWH94(S)-35 及PWH94(S)-18 表現較(CK2)優異。三系雜交品系以PWH 94-73 鮮穗產量13,300公斤較對照種(CK1)及(CK2)增產16-24%。官能品評亦優於2 對照種。新品系區域試驗春作試驗結果,善化及朴子試區二處平均參試之PWH93-12 及PWH93-28 二品系公頃鮮穗產量均較(CK1)減產2-5%,但較(CK2)增產41-45%。官能品評結果以PWH93-12 表現最優。秋作PWH 93-28之公頃鮮穗產量為11,900 公斤與對照種(CK1)相同產量,但較對照種(CK2)減產8%。官能品評結果PWH93-28 與對照種(CK1)同分,較對照種(CK2)表現優異。 糯玉米:引進B73×MO17 白糯等17 種,94 年春自交分離S1,秋作續作S2 篩選。露菌病檢定,Ya 12 等12 品系對露菌病具有抗性。組合力檢定,春作以WX94SB-20 品系最早熟,含苞葉鮮穗產量14,475 公斤/公頃,比對照種美珍增產9%。新品系比較試驗,春作以WXSA-6品系含苞葉鮮穗產量13,194 公斤/公頃為最高,比對照種增加20%。官能品嚐89 分,比其他品系為優。理化性檢定可溶性固形物為13.5%,oBrix 比對照種為佳。秋作以94FA-9 含苞葉鮮穗產量14,300 公斤/最高,比對照品種美珍增加5%。新品系區域試驗本場育成之PWX 93-5品系表現良好,在朴子及學甲試區產量都比對照種美珍白糯為優。 飼料玉米:引進2 品系,94 年春自交分離S1,秋作繼續分離篩選。露菌病檢定有12 個品系具強抗性。新品系組合力檢定18 組合,結果以94SB-16 品系籽實產量6,200 公斤/公頃最優,比台南20 號增加87%。新品系比較試驗春作以94SA-5 品系籽實產量5,137 公斤/公頃為最高,比台南20 號及台農1 號分別增加143%及420%,表現突出。秋作試驗以94FA8 籽實產量8,800 公斤/公頃最高,分別比台南20 號及台農1 號增加12%及27%。 1. Sweet corn : 811 sweet corn inbreds were developed in 2005. In the yield trail, 15 hybrids were higher yield than the check. C2 population was developed by recurrent selection in population improvement. 2. White corn : 799 S1-S6 inbreds were obtained in 2005. In the single cross test in spring crop of 2005, PWH94S-35 performed the better in ear yield than the Tainan No. 22 (CK1) and Tainan white (CK2) by 42 to 46%. In sensory evaluation for eating quality, the hybrids got the high scores than the check varieties in the regional yield trial. PWH93-28 performed the best in ear production 9,627 kg/ha than the Tainan white (CK2) by 45%. 3. Waxy corn: 400 S4~S8 inbreds were obtaind, In the single cross test in spring crop of 2005, WX94SB-6 performed the best in ear yield - 13,194 kg/ha and outyielded than Meizein (CK) by 20%. 4. Feed corn: In the single cross test in the spring crop of 2005, 94SB-5 performed the best in ear yield - 5,137 kg/ha, and outyielded than Tainan No. 20 by 143%。 |
