dc.description.abstract本研究調查在不同浸種時間對薏苡種子發芽及發芽勢的影響,以台中1 號為材料,調查種子在25℃、30℃及35℃下分別浸水24、36、48、60 及72 小時後的發芽率及發芽勢。結果各處理薏苡幼苗株高差異不大,葉片數同為2 片。發芽率以25℃浸種24 小時59%為最高,隨之由36 小時的46.7%降至72 小時的33.3%。而30℃與35℃也同樣由24 小時的59%與54.3%逐漸降低至32%與30.1%。 N 肥施用量試驗分為N0─不施氮肥、N1─120 公斤/公頃、N2─180 公斤/公頃、N3─240 公斤/公頃,4 處理,供試材料台中1 號、台中2 號,試驗結果台中1 號子實產量以N3 處理2,200公斤/公頃為最高。台中2 號也以N3 處理2,300 公斤/公頃為最高。 The purpose of this study is to establish the standard procedure of organic job's-tears and to promote the value of domestic job's-tears. The variety, Taichung No. 1 was used as material and soaked in water at 24, 36, 48, 60, 72 hours at 25, 30, 35℃ to find the optimal soaking time. The results showed that seedling height and leaf number were similar among different treatments. The germinate rate of imbition in 24 hours were higher than other treatments. The optimal soaking time was 24 hours at 25 to 35℃. The second trail was to investigate the adequate nitrogen amount of organic job's-tears. The results showed that Taichung No. 1 and 2 were the higest grain yield at 240 kg/ha of applying nitrogen fertilizer.en_US
