Lecoq手採病株莖葉，以法國CABYV抗體(H. Lecoq. INRA提供)進行ELISA，發現其為homologous反應。 Cucurbit aphis-borne yellow virus (CABYV) was identified from melon (Cucumis melo L.) grown in Chigoo, Tanan, in May 1997. Infected plants developed chlorotic lesions and mosaic symptoms on younger leaves followed by leaf thickening and yellowing of older leaves. |
