Abstract: 
為提高雙生病毒感染性選殖株的感染效率,在先前的研究中多須採用(部分)多套體的構築方式,以多重步驟的限制酵素裁切、黏合、與再選殖,方能完成構築。
To achieve high infection efficiency, most infectious clones of geminiviruses in earlier studies consist of (partial) tandem repeats of viral genomes in the vectors, which usually involve tedious, multi-step assemblies of genomes fragments in the construction process.
