Abstract: 
以CH-13單交種玉米為材料,檢討花葯培養誘導單倍體形成之培養基及低溫處理條件,結果發現單核期的花葯經9℃處理6-9天效果最好;培養基中蔗糖濃度在3、6、9、12及15%之受測範圍,以9%最適合花葯胚狀體的誘導;植物生長調節劑及活性碳不能提高胚狀體的誘導率,但活性碳可增加每個花葯形成胚狀體的數目。
Anther from CH-13 Zea mays plants were cultured in order to optimize the pretreatment and culture conditions. A cold pretreatment of 6 to 9 days at 9℃ was found to be optimal while 9% sucrose in the culture medium was better than 3,6,12 or 15%.
