山藥之生產促進及省工栽培研究

Abstract

本研究之目的在比較三種具有高產潛力山藥品系(Dioslciea alata L.)之生長及產量差異，同時評估PE塑膠布覆蓋與否及肥料種類對參試品系塊莖生產之效益，以及探討山藥適地生產等問題，所得結果將提供大面積生產山藥之參考。 Two lines of Dioscorea alata L. and one line of Dioscorea alata var. purpurea M. Pouch. were compared for their growth and yield differences to select a higher yield potential yam line. Effects of covering with PE plastic and fertilization on the tuber yield were also studied. The purpose of this experiment was to understand the means of cultural improvement and labour saving technique of the yam production.
