Abstract: | 影響稻米品質因素甚多，品種、氣候、土壤及栽培管理都可能影響米質之優劣，本試驗就土壤母質與水分管理對米質的影響加以探討。試驗於74年及75年在本省中南部農家進行，土壤包括桃園之紅壤、中部之砂頁岩沖積土，以及濁水溪下游之黏板岩沖積土，共計18處稻田。 Variety, soil, weather condition and cultitvation management are fractors that affecting the quality of rice. This research is aimed at studying the effects of the parental materials of soil, water management and fertilizer on the rice quality. Field experiments were held in the slate alluvials, shandstone-shale alluvials and lateritic soils at 18 locations. |
