Abstract: 
本研究收集國際稻米研究所(IRRI)培育,帶有不同白葉枯病抗性基因座之IR24近同源系IRRB系列共26個品系。首先以國內強勢或代表性菌株(XM42, XMI, XF89-b)以剪葉法進行接種,調查抗性表現情形,確定獲得抗病品系,可供育種與抗性基因型分析用,並可作為抗病性供給親(donor parent, DP)。
Twenty-six near isogenic lines (NILs, IRBB) containing various, identified bacterial blight disease (BBD) resistant genes introduced from IRRI were subjected to pathogen inoculation with three typical Xanthomonas isolates XM-42, XM1, XF89-b of Taiwan.
