Abstract:
Bacterial blight disease of rice, caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pv. Oryzae (Xoo), is one of the most serious disease in rice production area in Taiwan. Therefore, the transcriptomes of TNG67 and SA0423, a mutant with the well resistance for bacterial blight disease (RBBD), were determined by microarray technologies with the RNA samples from the leaves of these two varieties infected by Xoo (XF89-b) for 0, 0.5, 1, 2 and 6 hours, respectively.
