dc.description.abstract本研究目的是探討不同溶劑對甘藷葉葉黃素萃取效率之比較,主畏檢測甘藷葉萃取液之總酚(total phenols)含量及DPPH自由基清除能力,以探討其抗氧化能力。 The goal of this project was to wtilize different solvents for the extraction of lutein from different sweet potato leaves, then the solution of extraction were detected the anti-oxidative properties of total polyphenol and DPPH radical scavenging activity.en_US
