Abstract

蔬菜為國民生活必需品，過去台灣蔬菜引種受到農政單位相當的重視，並且也有很好的成果，像洋菇和蘆筍罐頭的出口，均創造了輝煌的世界記錄，而新鮮洋蔥之外銷日本也締造良好佳績。 Vegetable is one of the most important diet for the Taiwanese people. In the past decades, because of vegetable research programs emphasized the introdction of new vegetable species and cultivars and also the public agencies payed much attention to it, therefore, impressive progress had been made.
