Abstract: | 胡瓜係本省重要蔬菜，每年栽培面積約4,000~5,000公頃，以中南部栽培最多，目前台灣地區胡瓜品種除極少部分由農民自行留種外，均為一代雜交種。由於一代雜交種有雜種優勢，具高產、整齊、成熟期一致，品質佳、抗病性強等優點，已普受先進國家和本省農民所接受。 |
