利用洋菇舍休閒期間生產夏季蔬菜(菠菜及茼蒿)可行性之研究

Abstract

1. 密閉式菇舍內配置菠菜生長足夠之人工照明(7000 lux)所需電力耗費甚大，其生產成本頗高。故密閉式菇舍除供蔬菜軟白栽培外，開發生產菠菜等其他蔬菜之可行性不高。 2. 除去密閉菇舍之遮陰材料，而利用太陽能可生產品質優良之小白菜、油菜、莧菜、芫荽、萵苣、芥藍、芹菜、葉用甘藷等，對解決台灣夏季蔬菜之缺乏問題有幫助。 1. The adequate light intensity for spinach growing needs around 7000 lux, it is too expensive to lay out such artificial lighting in closed mushroom house under the conditions of energy crisis. Besides growing blanching vegetables, the feasibility of growing vegetable in enclosed house is not high by means of artificial illumination.
