Abstract: | RAPD (Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA) 是一種新近發展的分子標誌，它是應用PCR方法所延伸發展，以偵測生物遺傳變異性的技術。本技術直接以生物的DNA為偵測對象，在分析方法與應用上皆有獨特的優點。 RAPD (Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA) is a relatively new variety of genetic marker. This PCR-based technique has been developed for the detection of genetic variation. It uses single arbitrary primers for analysis and, therefore, needs no information about genes or DNA sequences. |
