Abstract: 
利用酵素結合抗體免疫分析(ELISA)檢測馬鈴薯病毒A(PVA)、S(PVS)、X(PVX)、及Y之嵌紋型系統(PVY-M)和壞疽性系統(PVY-N)在台灣馬鈴薯產區之發生情形,結果顯示病毒發生並無地區性差異,而在於種薯的來源和品種(系)的不同。
Occurance of potato viruses A (PVA), S (PVS), X (PVX), Y mosaic strain (PVY-M), and Y necrotic strain (PVY-N) in potato growing areas of Taiwan were investigated by ELISA. The frequence of virus detected from sampled locations showed no regional difference, but source of seed-tubers and varieties cultivated made difference.
