Abstract:
Flower color is an important trait of ornamental flowers. Some beautiful flower crops and varieties are lack of specific colors. For this purpose, the collaborative proposal includes pigment gene cloning, transformation vector construction, gene transformation, and mass propagation of transgenic plants in order to develop new flower (or leaf) colors for chrysanthemum, caladium and anthurium.
