Abstract:
Isolate RS-S-3 of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. raphani and isolate FnC-B of F. oxysporum f. sp. niveum were selected for the study because of their low percentage germination of conidia and chlamydospores and high percentage lysis of germ tubes on soil amended with S-H mixture. S-H mixture was more effective in inhibiting spore germination at high pH than at low pH in nutrient solution.
